The Big Ten Network (BTN) has launched a new Customer Service Application system developed by Digital Active Online. With the Big Ten football season only a couple of weeks away, the BTN is ready to address any issues the fans may raise. The new system provides auto-alerts and quick response times while tracking the interaction between fans and staff.
