Adams Outdoor Advertising Using New CRM Tool

Digital Active is pleased to announce the latest expansion of Adams Outdoor's ActiveOffice intranet: a customer relationship management (CRM) tool.  


The new tool allows the company's national sales team to connect easily online. It provides a central database of all client information and includes a shared corporate calendar.  

One feature that Adams' managers appreciate is the ability to "watch" a sales opportunity; the manager can track a specific sale and receive email alerts when notes are added or the status of the deal changes.  Managers can also view and create customized sales reports.
